14% skarg dotyczy nieprawid\u0142owo\u015bci czy rozbie\u017cno\u015bci mi\u0119dzy informacjami podawanymi przez megafony, a wy\u015bwietlanymi na tablicach. Dochodz\u0105 do tego tak\u017ce b\u0142\u0119dy lub nieaktualne tre\u015bci na tablicach kierunkowych poci\u0105g\u00f3w.<\/p>\n

3. ROSZCZENIA FINANSOWE<\/strong><\/p>\n

A\u017c 17% skarg dotyczy kwestii finansowych. Podr\u00f3\u017cuj\u0105cy skar\u017c\u0105 si\u0119 na odmowy wyp\u0142aty odszkodowa\u0144 za op\u00f3\u017anienia poci\u0105g\u00f3w czy nieuwzgl\u0119dnienia od wezwa\u0144 do zap\u0142aty wystawionych przez kontroler\u00f3w.<\/p>\n
